A chamber orchestra formed for a single performance in Shanghai. The roster brings together visiting artists invited by RAC from North America with young musicians active in the Shanghai scene; they rehearse together on site for one day, then perform the same evening. The programme will be drawn from the chamber-orchestra repertoire and announced closer to the date. The concert is presented by M Chamber at their space in Art-M Park, with programming by RAC, and is open to the public without charge; seating is limited and registration will open in advance.

为这一场上海演出组建的室内乐团。成员包括声越山海从北美邀请的来访艺术家，以及活跃于上海的青年音乐家。当日在现场共同排练，同晚演出。曲目从室内乐团曲库中选取，将在演出前公布。本场音乐会由 M Chamber 在 Art-M 创意园的空间内呈现，声越山海负责节目策划。免费向公众开放，座位有限，预约登记将在演出前开放。

Artists invited by RAC travel from North America to lead the day's rehearsal, working alongside young artists and student musicians recruited locally in Shanghai. The day begins on site in the morning with sectional rehearsals led by visiting artists, moves into full-ensemble rehearsal in the afternoon, and ends with the same group taking the stage at seven in the evening. For the young musicians, the day is both a preparation for the concert and a chance to work closely with players whose careers are further along.

声越山海邀请的艺术家从北美出发，主持当日排练，与上海本地征募的青年艺术家及学生音乐家共同工作。上午分声部排练，下午全团合奏，晚上七点登台。对青年音乐家而言，这一日既是音乐会的准备，也是与资历更深的演奏者近距离合作的一日。

The ensemble moves beyond the stage and into the countryside, performing in villages on the outskirts of Shanghai for audiences who rarely encounter live chamber music at close range. The format is deliberately small: a handful of players, no platform, no formal protocol. Chamber music in the literal sense, returned to a room where listening happens face to face.

乐团离开舞台，前往上海周边的村庄演奏，面向的是平时少有机会近距离听到现场室内乐的听众。形式有意保持小：寥寥几位乐手，不设高台，不作繁复仪式。这是 chamber music 一词在字面上的本意。一个可以面对面聆听的空间。
